Membership Duration
All season pass memberships are valid through the calendar year and will expire on December 31st, 2024.
Membership Quota and Guest Policy
- Season Pass Membership: Each member is entitled to a specific quota of tee times, as defined by the type of membership purchased. If there is any overbooking and the allowed hours are exceeded, the account will be suspended without notice until the hour usage aligns with the plan.
- Guest Policy: Members are allowed to bring guests within their allocated tee time quota. A member can bring a maximum of 3 guests per visit. However, it is mandatory for the member to be present at the tee time with their guests. Guests cannot use the member’s tee time in the absence of the member.
Facility Usage
- Transition Golf is an indoor golf facility. Members and their guests are granted access to golf simulators, practice areas, and other amenities as per the terms of their membership.
- Members must adhere to booking schedules and are encouraged to reserve their tee times in advance to ensure availability.
Membership Responsibilities
- Conduct: Members and their guests are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times within the facility. Transition Golf reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- Equipment Care: Any damage to Transition Golf property caused by a member or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the member.
- Dress Code: Members and guests are required to adhere to Transition Golf’s dress code, details of which are available at the facility and on our website.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Memberships are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Transition Golf management.
- Membership cancellations must be communicated in writing to Transition Golf management. Refunds, when applicable, may be prorated based on the remaining term of the membership.
Changes to Membership Policy
Transition Golf reserves the right to amend the membership policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided at the time of membership registration.
By purchasing a season pass membership at Transition Golf, members agree to abide by the above policies and any future modifications thereof. It is the member’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes to the membership policy.
